LONDON, February 14, 2008 – Synchronized Communications (Syncoms) today announced that Haven
Internet Services, one of the original eCommerce development and Internet Service Providers has
reached new levels of success in converting leads to customers after using Syncoms eCommerce for the
past year. Key to the increase is Syncoms's unique ability to automatically populate its CRM application
with data from a web-based form.
